- For best results always cook from frozen. - Remove all packaging. Pan Fry - Medium Heat - Place in frying pan and cook, pressing gently, for 1-1 1/2minutes. - Turn paratha over and cook, pressing gently, for a further 1-11/2minutes. - When both sides are golden brown, remove from pan and serve.
