    Order Processing and Shipment

    All in-stock items ship within 1 to 3 working days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on Friday will be processed and dispatch the following Monday.

    Standard Delivery: Standard delivery times are as follows: 9 am to 6 pm

    Scottish Island: 3-4 business days from the date of shipment.

    Shipping cost will be calculated on order subtotal after any discount applied.

    Any Larger Product may be charged additionally for shipping.

    For shipping Perishables (Vegetables, Fruits, etc) and Frozen items, uses a special insulated box that may contain Dry-Ice/ICE packs designed for frozen items to be delivered to you in business working days to preserve cold temperature. Our shipment days for orders containing Perishables or Frozen items products are Monday to Thursday.  We do not ship Perishables or frozen products on a Friday and weekend.

    Product returned for any reason within 14 days of original purchase. To request a refund, contact Customer Service at (44) 203 488 2456, click on via the "Contact us" form or to obtain a Return Reference Number. The number must be clearly visible on the exterior of any returned package. The customer will pay the return courier.  Reimbursement will be issued within a period of 30 days of receipt and will be issued in the same manner as the original payment method. 

    Please contact us at within 24 hours of the delivery if you have items in your Grocery Delivery that are:

    • Missing
    • Damaged

    How can I get a refund for missing items?

    When your delivery arrives, if you notice an item is missing from your order, please let us know what products are missing at within 24 hours of the delivery. 

    What happens if a product is damaged?

    Please share the pictures of the damaged products with us at within 24 hours of the delivery. If the image that you send proves the product to be damaged or under quality, we will refund the amount for the damaged product as in-store credit for you which you can use while you shop next time at You will be notified by email once the amount is refunded.
