Here are some important information you might want to know about the Click and Collect Service.
Q. How can I process Click and Collect order?
A. You can submit the order through Justhaat.com and on checkout select Pickup from Store. Your collection address will be Justhaat.com 181 Forest Road, Ilford, IG6 3HZ. View address on Google Maps
Q. Once the order is placed when can I collect?
A. We are aiming to get the Click and Collect orders ready within the same working day. Once your order is ready for pickup you will receive a confirmation email with all required details. Our standard collection time is 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM from Monday to Saturday. We are close on Sunday.
Q. Are there any charges for collection?
A. No, The Collection service is absolutely FREE. There is no additional charge for Click and Collect.
Q. Is there a minimum spend for collection?
A. No. If you spend over £50, or £5 if you spend less. There’s is no minimum spend required.
Q. What is the process on arrival to collect my order?
A. Members of our team will ask you for the order confirmation email print or display the digital copy of the order confirmation. Once they are satisfied with Identity confirmation, they will hand over the box to you for checking. Please check and make sure all the products are there before you leave the site. We will not take any responsibility for missing products or damaged products once you leave the site. Member of the team will help you to get the order into your car boot.
Q. If I am running late and can't make it for collection on the same day what will happen?
A. If you can't make it for collection on the same day please notify us on 0203 488 2456 or email us on email@example.com so we can make necessary arrangements. and make the order available for collection on the next day.
Q. Can I collect my order on the weekend?
A. Yes, We are Making Collection order ready from Monday to Saturday till 6 PM
Q. What if I don't like the quality of the vegetable when I am collecting the order?
A. You have all the right to refuse the Vegetable if you think they are not fresh. We will issue a full refund for the same.
Q, What will happen if I don't collect my order?
A. Please let us know via email or phone If you're unable to pick up your order. We will keep your order 48 Hours after collection notification. If you're unable to pick up your order we'll return it to store and refund your payment and your order will be cancelled.
