Cham Cham is a popular Bengali Mithai. It is concocted using freshly prepared chena (cottage cheese). The recipe looks much similar to Rasgulla, but these Cham Cham’s are much more tastier than the conventional Rasgullas. We can make many variations of the prepared cham chams.
Haldirams Khatta Meetha is usual namkeen. These are deep fried. It has syrupy accents with golden raisins, salty chickpea flour strings and a bitter interest flavoring. Take happiness in with cold drinks or hot tea.
Very hot, small whole chillies that can be used instead of fresh chillies. Heat them in oil until they increase in size. The frying enhances their flavour. Birdseye chillies may be small but they are very hot so use with care!
