Ajwain paratha, is made with whole wheat flour and ajwain | omam in Tamil |carom seeds. It is a very simple North Indian paratha, can be made for breakfast or lunch or even dinner too.
Papad is served as an accompaniment to a meal. Sometimes with toppings such as chopped onions, chopped carrots, chutneys or other dips, and condiments.
