    What is the minimum order value for the Same day delivery?

    The minimum order value is £30. In case you do not reach the limit, £2.99 delivery charge will be levied against that order.

    How can I make changes to my order before and after confirmation?

    You can edit your products in the cart before checkout. If you’ve already placed an order, you can reorder it, with the required list, from the website. While the shipment option select as pick up from the store, it will not charge you. Inform both order details to info@ justhaat.com. We will dispatch both orders together.

    What is a cut-off time for same day delivery?

    Cut off time is the time after which the order gets processed for delivery. Our current cut off time is 3:00 pm for the same delivery. 

    What day do you deliver same day delivery?

    We deliver Monday to Friday between 5:00 pm- 9:00 pm. Any order place after 3:00 PM between Fridays to Monday will be delivered on Monday between 5:00 pm- 9:00 pm.

    What is the cancellation policy of justhaat.com?

    justhaat.com provides an easy and hassle-free cancellation policy. You can cancel your order by writing to us at Info@justhaat.com or simply call us at 02038763177. Once your order is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. 

    What if I am not satisfied with the product received?

    We have a no questions asked replacement policy at justhaat.com. In case you are unhappy with the product, we may issue you a store credit or replace the item for you, depending on the item and its availability.

    How can I make payments at justhaat.com?

    justhaat.com accepts multiple modes of payment. You can make payments using your credit and debit card or through PayPal. *Cash on Delivery (COD) option is not available right now.

    How much time does it take for a refund?

    Generally, it takes 5-7 working days to reflect in your credit card or bank account.

    What if I'm not home to receive my order?

    In case of non-availability at your residence, our Delivery Expert will try reaching you on the registered mobile number.
