Ramdev Schezwan Fried Rice Masala. Cooking Instructions (Serves 2): 1) Pour and heat 3 tablespoons (35g) of your preferred cooking oil in a pan. 2) Stir-fry 1 cupful (100g) of your favourite chopped vegetables (broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, capsicum, carrots, French beans, Onions etc.) for 2 to 3 minutes. 3) Add to the stir-fried vegetables in the pan, 3 cupful (350g) of boild rice. 4) Add 2 tablespoons (15g) of Ramdev Schezwan Fried Rice Masala and stir-fry for 1 to 2 minutes. 5) Garnish with your choice of chopped Herbs or Spring Onions and serve whilst piping hot.
