Ahmed Lime pickle or Nimbu ka Achaar, as it is called in Hindi, is a piquant lemon pickle flavored with aromatic spices like aniseed, fenugreek and onion seeds. It is a tasty accompaniment with rice and Indian flatbreads like parathas.
