    E-commerce Administrator, Warehouse operative

    Key Accountabilities:

    • Customer order processing (Include Picking and Packing)
    • Processing customers’ orders correctly
    • Support the depots regarding customer orders
    • Liaise with Back Office team to perform supporting task include adding new stock, taking Picture of a new product, Uploading to site.
    • Work with eCommerce Platforms directly to resolve any queries

    Key Skills:

    • Great telephone manner and attention to detail are essential

    Good communication skills, verbal & written
    PC literacy – Excel, Word, Outlook, Some EPOS knowledge will be ideal.
    Knowledge of order processing system would be an advantage
    Attention to detail is essential

    Full Training will be given.
