Roasted to enhance the exotic flavour, Baingan Bharta is a traditional preparation of mashed aubergine with the pungent goodness of ginger and chillies. Serve as a main course, accompanied with jeera rice, naan bread or chappatis.
Ingredients: Brinjal (40%), Tomato(30%), Spring Onions, Vegetable Oil, Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Green Chilli, Coriander leaves, Salt, Chilli Powder, Coriander, Cumin, Mustard, Turmeric Powder.
Gas Burner: Take unopened foil pouch and immerse in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Remove pouch, snip and serve.
Microwave oven: To cook in the microwave, empty the contents of the pack in the oven bowl and heat it for 1-2 minutes. Stir and serve
